Points are valid for 8 months from the date of the last qualifying purchase. Each qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points for 8 months from the month of the qualifying purchase.

You can use your points for discounts on your order on Kindredbravely.com! Rewards discounts can be used on any product, but cannot be applied to gift cards, shipping fees, or taxes. Rewards points cannot be combined with any other discount code or bundle offer. You can also share your points with family or friends for them to enjoy!

You can access the ‘Rewards’ section of your Kindred Bravely account to see the available rewards based on your points earned. Points are redeemed by using the rewards discount code from your account on your purchase at checkout. Please note that your points will be deducted immediately, and that once selected you will not be able to change your selection so only choose a Rewards discount when you are ready to checkout. Only 1 rewards offer/points can be redeemed in a purchase; no other discount code can be used with the rewards offer.

The levels reset every 12 months in the month of January. To maintain a level for the next 12 months, you should have earned the minimum qualified points required by making purchases in the last 12 months. The levels for the upcoming year get evaluated based on the points earned through purchases in the last year.

Points will be approved 30 days after purchase. If you return something from an order that you’ve already received points for, the points will be deducted from your balance.

No, the Rewards discount must be applied to your order at check out and cannot be applied to previously placed orders. If you forget to use your Reward, save it for your next order.
