    • Each Davy Piper product features a size chart to help you get the right fit. If you need additional fit assistance, send us a message at hello@davypiper.com.

    • Full Coverage sizes are designed for those with larger cup sizes, generally DD/E and up (check each product’s size chart for specific sizing). Full Coverage sizes can also be comfortable for those who prefer sleep and lounge bras but want a reinforced chest band or need more length in the shoulder straps. If you’re unsure if Full Coverage sizing is for you, reach out to our Customer Care team at hello@davypiper.com.

    • To start your return or exchange of unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with tags attached, please visit davypiper.returnly.com or send an email to returns@davypiper.com for more specific assistance. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear; please email us for assistance with fit or quality issues.

    • As a growing company, we’re always looking to improve our product offerings and size availability. If you have a suggestion for a new product or size, please send us a message.

    • Orders shipped via Standard Shipping arrive in 5-9 business days from the time the order was placed; Express Shipping arrives in 3-4 business days; Priority Shipping arrives in 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed after 12 noon Pacific time on Friday will not ship until the following business day. Shipping and delivery times may be longer during holidays and high-volume sales. We use DHL, USPS and FedEx for shipments.

    • Upon shipment, package tracking information is sent to the email address associated with your order. If you didn’t receive a tracking number, or the tracking seems inaccurate, please reach out to us at hello@davypiper.com.

    • At this time, we do not offer shipping to addresses outside the United States.

    • To start your return of an unworn, unwashed, undamaged item with tags attached, please visit davypiper.returnly.com within 90 days of purchase.

    • For gift purchases with an order number, please go here and enter the order number and shipping ZIP code within 90 days of original purchase. For eligible items, a gift card for store credit will be issued to you. For gift purchases without an order number, unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with tags attached may be eligible for exchange of a different size or color. Please send an email to returns@davypiper.com for assistance.

    • Yes! Returns begin with your email address, so items you ordered in the last 90 days that are associated with that email address will appear as eligible for return.

    • Since we want to send your items to you as quickly as possible, we are generally unable to make changes to an order after it's been placed. However, you can send an email to orders@davypiper.com to check the status of your order.

    • We accept all major credit and debit cards, Paypal, Shop Pay, and Shop Pay Installments.

    • Express checkout from Shop Pay is a system that allows for an optional easy and fast checkout using information stored in your Shopify profile. Once you have logged in to your account, when you choose Express checkout, your payment info and shipping address will be populated from your account on file. You will have the option to pay in full or in 4 installments, via Shop Pay Installments.

    • Shop Pay Installments is a partnership with Affirm that allows you to make payments on your purchase, but receive your items right away. Shop Pay Installments pays the balance of your order, and you pay a predetermined number of equal installments to Shop Pay.

    • Shop Pay Installments is available on all purchases $50 and over, including taxes and shipping. Yes, with this payment method, your order will be processed right away and should arrive to you within our standard shipping window.

    • Your approved return will be refunded to your method of payment, which is Shop Pay Installments in partnership with Affirm. They will credit any payments you’ve already made to your account. Please visit this link for further information.
