    • Most of our wireless bra styles have both Regular and Busty sizing; our wire-free bras with Busty sizing can generally fit 30B - 46I. Each Davy Piper product features a size chart to help you get the right fit.     • Busty bra sizes are designed for those with larger cup sizes, generally a DD/E cup size and up (check each product’s size chart for specific sizing). Women with hard-to-fit bra sizes, like a smaller band size with a larger cup size, may love our Busty options. Busty sizes can also be comfortable for people who prefer sleep bras or lounge bras but want a reinforced chest band or need more length in the shoulder straps.     • We want you to find the perfect fit every time, and if the fit isn’t right, we’re here to help. To start your return or exchange of unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with tags attached, please visit davypiper.com/apps/returns or send an email to returns@davypiper.com for more specific assistance.     • As a growing company focused on making comfortable bras, great-fitting underwear, and super-soft loungewear, we’re always looking to improve our product offerings and size availability. We’re actively working to provide more inclusive bra sizing / extended sizing. If you have a suggestion for a new product or size, please send us a message.

    • Orders shipped via Standard Shipping arrive in 5-8 business days; Express Shipping arrives in 3-4 business days; Priority Shipping arrives in 1-3 business days. Please allow 1 additional business day for order processing. Shipping and delivery times may be longer during holidays and high-volume sales. We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for shipments.

    • Upon shipment, package tracking information is sent to the email address associated with your order. If you didn’t receive a tracking number or the tracking seems inaccurate, please reach out to us at hello@davypiper.com.

    • Please send an email to hello@davypiper.com with your order number.

    • At this time, we do not offer shipping to addresses outside the United States.

    • To start your return of an unworn, unwashed, undamaged item with tags attached, please visit davypiper.com/apps/returns within 90 days of purchase. For underwear fit or quality issues, please reach out to us at hello@davypiper.com. Find more information, click here.

    • For gift purchases with a Davy Piper order number, please go here and enter the order number and shipping ZIP code within 90 days of the original purchase. For eligible items, a gift card for store credit will be issued to you. 

    • Our system allows for items from the same order to be processed together, but we are unable to combine multiple orders in a return. Please be sure the items you return match the items on your return packing slip.

    • Since we want to send your items to you as quickly as possible, we are generally unable to make changes to an order after it's been placed. However, you can email orders@davypiper.com to check the status of your order.

    • We accept all major credit and debit cards, Paypal, Shop Pay, and Shop Pay Installments.

    • Express Checkout from Shop Pay is an optional system that provides fast, easy checkout using information stored in your Shopify profile. Once you have logged in to your account, if you choose Express Checkout, your payment information and shipping address will be populated from your account on file. You will have the option to pay in full or in four installments, via Shop Pay Installments.

    • Shop Pay Installments is a partnership with Affirm that allows you to make payments on your purchase but receive your items right away. Shop Pay Installments pays the balance of your order, and you pay a predetermined number of equal installments to Shop Pay.

    • Shop Pay Installments is available on all purchases $50 and over, including taxes and shipping. With this payment method, your order will be processed right away and should arrive within our standard shipping window.

    • Your approved return will be refunded to your method of payment, which is Shop Pay Installments in partnership with Affirm. They will credit any payments you’ve already made to your account. Please visit this link for further information.
